Our Approach - It's all about you

We understand building strong relationships involves treating each client honestly, respectfully, challenging them with good intent, and making the InvestorWise journey enjoyable.

Our team engages each client via a five-step process, with a focus on education for clients to fully understand their plans and how their choices affect outcomes. 

  • Our experienced advisers meet with you to identify your goals and objectives and the values that anchor them. 

    The initial meeting involves us explaining who we are and how we can assist you with your goals. In return, we’ll ask questions about you to get an in-depth understanding about what is important to you. Most importantly we listen.

    The only cost of this meeting is your time. So in order for us both to prepare we will send you a brief questionnaire, allowing us to gain your thoughts around common financial concerns. 

  • We will measure and review your circumstances to determine a strategy to deliver an outcome that best aligns with your goals and objectives. 

    There can often be a number of strategies that will achieve a similar outcome, each with varying levels of risk attached. Correctly determining the level of risk you are comfortable with means we can eliminate certain strategies and consider others.

    We often use financial modeling during this process, as a useful tool to illustrate potential outcomes.

  • We provide you tailored formal advice, projections and appropriate disclosures in a written advice document for your consideration and feedback.  

    Our recommendations are designed to address each of your goals, requirements and objectives and we welcome your questions and input.

  • When an agreement is reached all necessary steps to implement the strategy follow in a timely and effective manner.

    On completion of the process, we communicate with you on how you have enjoyed the process. Your happiness is paramount to us and we make sure we have exceeded your expectations. 

  • Steps one to four are just the beginning.

    Your plan needs to be flexible to change as your needs and circumstances change. We will implement an ongoing and dedicated engagement and review process to benchmark your progress and revisit your goals and objectives.

    Each year we provide a written summary of your planned outcomes and your progress towards your goals and objectives.
